It is not a medical clinic but a doctor is always on call and will charge a fee. English speaking staff available 24 hrs a day, Advanced and Basic Life Support & CPR First Aid, Patient History & Assessment. RESCATE of San Carlos is a Mexican nonprofit corporation, governed by an elected Board of Directors, all volunteers and residents of San Carlos.
